Time for a change

With the Mayoral election approaching in May, it is definitely time for a change. Every vote for Conservative candidate, Susan Hall, will be vital to ensure Sadiq Khan does not return to City Hall.

Sadiq Khan's lack of transparency over transport

Sadiq Khan has nearly £150m in a 'transport innovation fund' that he is reluctant to explain. My bet is there will be another 'announcement' around fares which he refused to tell us about. We cannot scrutinise him if he does not share all the information.

By-Election Victory

Congratulations to our newest councillor, Josh Coldspring-White!

Campaigning in Hayes & Coney Hall

Today saw another successful session campaigning in Hayes & Coney Hall, in support of our excellent local candidate Josh Coldspring-White. He grew up in Hayes and will be a fantastic local advocate. Remember to vote for Josh on 7th December.

Plans for Pay-Per-Mile Road User Charging

At Mayor's Question time, I asked Sadiq Khan about 'Project Detroit' and it's purpose - Pay Per Mile Road User Charging. As usual, he was unable to answer my questions.

People's Question Time

At People's Question Time, I discussed the appalling statistics around housing. Sadiq Khan was given £4bn to build 35,000 homes in London. So far, not a single one has been finished. Watch the video for more details.

Hayes by-election

It’s been great to be back out in Hayes and Coney Hall recently. Along with Bob Neill MP, I’ve been supporting local champion Josh Coldspring-White, who has been active in the community for years. Remember to vote for Josh on 7th December.

ULEZ tax-grab

Sadiq Khan's ULEZ expansion has raked in £26million in it's first month of operating. Over 57,000 vehicles are hit per day with charges.

Late Payments to small businesses

This is the third consecutive year that I have questioned Sadiq Khan about late payments from the GLA to small businesses. He acknowledged that it needed to be better and promised to grip it. Instead, it got worse. There is no excuse and this needs to change.

ULEZ rally Trafalgar Square

Watch me speaking at the anti ULEZ rally at Trafalgar Square last weekend. It was clear that many Londoners do not want to see the expansion go ahead. The impact on air quality will be negligible, but the financial burden it will place on hard working people will be huge.
