Peter Is a South Londoner born and bred. He was raised in Lambeth where he attended Bishop Thomas Grant school in Streatham. His mother, who works for the NHS, still lives on the estate Peter grew up on.
After leaving school Peter worked a number of jobs. He was an electrician’s mate on sites across London, toured Europe in Macbeth with the American Drama Group and served in the ranks with the Royal Yeomanry in Croydon.
For the past ten years he has worked in Learning and Development helping both adults and children with issues such as diversity, sexual health and business. He currently works for a large international media company developing their sales staff. He also has experience serving as a councillor in the neighbouring borough of Bromley where he is the Chairman of the Health and Wellbeing Board.
As Peter left school so young he decided later in life to study law via correspondence course with the University of London. He continues to study and learn to this day.
He is married to a primary school teacher and has two young children who will not get ready for school on time.
