In a debate in Parliament on the performance of Royal Mail, Peter Fortune MP highlighted the concerns of Bromley and Biggin Hill residents about the performance of royal mail.
Speaking after the debate Peter said: "The examples I gave during the debate are just the constituents who have contacted me, it is hugely concerning that many others may have experienced similar situations, where they are unable to get the treatment or diagnosis they need simply because a letter with their appointment time never arrives or arrives late.
"Bromley and Biggin Hill residents deserve better."
