Councils mount legal challenge over ULEZ

I am pleased to say that Bexley, Bromley, Harrow, Hillingdon and Surrey have today brought legal action following TfL's announcement that it would push on with Sadiq Khan's plans to expend the ULEZ scheme despite all the opposition. For further details please see articles below:
